How do you handle shipping for fragile ceramic items?
We use specialized, eco-friendly packaging designed to protect ceramics during transit. Each order is double-boxed and cushioned to ensure your pottery arrives in pristine condition.
Are your ceramic pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?
While many of our modern glazes are durable, we recommend hand-washing our art pottery and architectural tiles to preserve their finish. Specific care instructions are included on each product page.
What is your return policy for handcrafted items?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Because our pieces are handmade, slight variations in glaze and form are expected and celebrated as unique characteristics of the craft.
