About the Olive Oil: 

Verdi is a green, full-bodied extra virgin olive oil from Like Family, made from organically grown Koroneiki and Arbequina olives. Harvested in Madera, California in November 2024 and cold-pressed at peak freshness, its vivid profile balances richness and clarity: think fresh artichoke, roasted almond, and a clean line of black pepper. Green without being grassy. Bold without being sharp.

Though it shines as a finishing oil, Verdi isn’t fussy. Reach for it instinctively—for slow-cooked beans, seared steak, roasted vegetables, or lemon-dressed chicories. A staple with substance.
