Verdi is a blend of organically grown Koroneiki and Arbequina olives, harvested in Madera, California in November 2024 and cold-pressed at peak freshness. The profile is vivid and structured: fresh artichoke, roasted almonds, a clean line of black pepper. Green without being grassy. Bold without being sharp.
